We would like to introduce a case study on detecting the remaining amount of epoxy resin using the non-contact liquid level sensor "CLA," which can be installed in various tanks due to its electrode being made of PET film. A carbon fiber company faced challenges in managing the liquid volume in their epoxy resin tank. The current sensor (guide pulse method) could not detect when the liquid volume was low, and the accuracy of liquid level management was poor, with a precision of 3 to 5 mm against the desired liquid level of ±1 mm. Therefore, they adopted the liquid level sensor "CLA-D10P40." We would like to introduce a customized case of the non-contact liquid level sensor "CLA," which can be installed in various tanks due to its electrodes being made of PET film. The oil level management of hydraulic cylinders is currently done visually, but the sensors are located on the back side of the equipment, making it difficult to check without going around to the back, as they are hidden by the equipment and there are many of them to confirm. Therefore, we installed the liquid level sensor "CLA-D10P40." With an accuracy of ±1mm for the desired liquid level, it can detect the liquid level, allowing for management by installing it at the position of the liquid level to be monitored, even when the liquid volume is low. 【Current Issues and Requests】 - The oil level management of hydraulic cylinders is done visually, but the sensors are located on the back side of the equipment: - Cannot check without going around to the back - Hidden by the equipment - Difficult to confirm due to the large number - We want to monitor with sensors and raise the management level - Other sensors are not easy to install *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Proposal for a product that allows constant monitoring of liquid levels in tanks located away from the office【Part 2】 【Example of collaboration with communication devices】 By combining our liquid level sensor CLA, which can monitor the water level inside tanks (excluding metal tanks) simply by being attached to the outside, with an analog wireless converter manufactured by our partner, Kurohne Co., Ltd., it is possible to monitor the liquid levels of remote tanks using a computer in the office. The analog wireless converter can be powered by batteries or via USB (DC5V). In the case of USB power (DC5V), it can also supply DC24V for the liquid level sensor CLA from the analog wireless converter, so if you have a conversion adapter that changes AC100V to DC5V, you can operate both the liquid level sensor CLA and the analog wireless converter with an AC100V power source. This solution helps address challenges related to liquid level monitoring management, such as the hassle of having to patrol multiple tanks and the time required for patrolling due to labor shortages.
